Excellent, will really change my practice and give me the confidence to use topical HRT more frequently and for longer and to put it on repeat. I will also consider VVA when seeing menopausal/post-menopausal women with recurrent urinary sx but no signs of UTI - a pretty common situation - rather than automatically defaulting to the urology route.
