Dr Lee David is a GP in St Albans, Hertfordshire.

She has an MA in cognitive behavioural therapy, is the author of Using CBT in General Practice: The 10-Minute CBT Handbook and the director of 10-minute CBT, which provides online training and CBT workshops for GPs and health professionals. She has a particular interest in the use of CBT in primary care consultations and for supporting wellbeing and resilience in health professionals
