Dr Zaki Hassan-Smith is a consultant endocrinologist at University Hospital Birmingham and honorary senior research fellow at the University of Birmingham.


Professor Neil Gittoes is a consultant endocrinologist and honorary professor of medicine, at Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham.


Dr Sara Ritchie, who provided the questions, is a GP in Stoke Newington, north London
